       Hello,My name is Joëlle Forestier and I am the owner of the website www.jo-well.com.The website itself is online and publicly accessible, but I am experiencing an issue when trying to access the WP Admin area via Infomaniak.After entering my WordPress username and password, I am automatically redirected to a Jetpack page asking me to confirm that I am the account owner by entering a verification code sent to my email address.I do receive the email and I correctly enter the verification code. However, instead of being able to access my WordPress admin dashboard, I receive the following message:“Access denied!You do not have permission to access the requested object. It may be protected or unreadable by the server.If you believe this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.Error 403jo-well.comApache”I have been trying to log in for several days now and I keep getting the same error every time.I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue so I can access my WordPress admin area and make the necessary changes to my website.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Joëlle Forestier

   Just reinitiate the password and it works…
