    We have been having issues with running the back up, on Friday I was reading about how to reinstall the upgrade and thought that I had fixed the problem. However after the weekend when I opened up the website all of my plug-ins have disappeared and the back up said that i had over 3,000 errors. I am confused as to what I have done. I have done some research into things and it seems that all others still have their access to the plug-ins and the ability to still see what is going on. I have lost access to much of the website and all of the plug-ins. I’m not sure if it’s just my computer that is having problems and kicked me out or if it’s my account. I tried setting up a different account and still have all the same errors with that account. I need help with the back up and also to restore all of the plug-ins. I am hoping that you can help me with this.
