Access control to database

    I need to create a database with access controlled by a user ID and password, both ID and password, created by the user.
    Initial set up to record the ID and password and profile details name address title
    in the data base
    Procedure to require and check ID and password before enabling access to database
    Procedures to maintain for changes in the profile, email, lost password etc
