Access and Importing Error

    Currently we have a csv file uploaded in tablepress, but when we try to access it we keep receiving an error. The file had worked previously but only recently we have started to receive an error when trying to access it, even though have not made any changes or updates to tablepress or wordpress.

    We tried to re-import the file into table press, but keep receiving the same error.

    We do have another file uploaded into tablepress which currently works and we have no issue with, it is only when we try to access this particular csv file which we have previously uploaded (and was able to access it previously) that we receive the error.

    any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    This error is an error that is raised by the server, i.e. not by WordPress or TablePress.
    I therefore assume that the server does not like something in the HTTP request or in the request to read that file from the disk. For example, some access rights to the file could be wrong.
    Unfortunately, this is nothing that I can directly help with in TablePress. You will have to find the cause for this error on the server level, e.g. by checking the error log file on the server, maybe with the help of your webhost.
