Access admin page with Polylang active

I made an English translation of all the pages and articles on my website with Polylang free version, which works perfectly. BUT for some time now, it has become impossible to connect to the administration page: the browser runs in search mode and finally returns an error (500 Internal Server Error). If Polylang is desactivated, the admin page becomes accessible again. To disable Polylang without accessing the site administration page, I rename the Polylang folder (under www / wp-content / plugins) via ftp. This is the only solution I have found.
