Access a main "Blog" page

I have completed the install, but want to have a single page (i.e. http://www.xxxx.com/home/blog) where visitors can access all blog posts in reverse date order. WP is loaded in the /home directory. I have searched, but am not able to find how to make this happen. I would appreciate any assistance. The site is: http://www.beingvalued.com. Thank you in advance.
