# acceptance_as_validation: on

 * Hi,
 * I’m using an acceptance checkbox in a form for the user to accept the terms and
   conditions and I wan’t to get an error message if it is not ticked. I thought
   that it could be done using the “acceptance_as_validation: on” switch but it 
   doesn’t work. If it is not ticked the user doesn’t see a error message.
 * The code for this field looks like this:
 *     ```
       <p>[acceptance agb acceptance_as_validation: on] <a href="/agb-fuer-kurse/" target="_blank">Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen</a> gelesen<br />
       [submit class:button "Verbindlich anmelden"]</p>
       ```

   displayed to the visitor) …
