Acceptance do not start cookie not necessary

I’ve just installed this super plugin!!!

I entered the code of analytics, AdWords remarketing and Zopim chat in “Non-necessary Cookie”.

When a user enters the site the code in Non-necessary Cookie is not executed.

When a user push “accept” the banner disappears but the code is not yet executed. The code is executed only when the next page is loaded.

Is it possible to execute the code immediately after pressing accept?
