Acceptance button – add a link?

Hi – I’ve created a form and added an acceptance button that users must tick to verify that they’ve seen a Data Protection Policy which is on the same page but further down.
Can you please tell me how I can add an anchor link so that when they click the link ‘data protection statement’ the page moves to show them the info?
