# Appearance of “Acceptance” checkbox

 * Hello,
 * I have a problem with the appearance of the “acceptance” checkbox. As you can
   see on the form on the website (scroll down until “Terminvereinbarung”) there
   appear two kind of boxes. If you click on either of them, they get checked. Needless
   to say, I’d love to have one box only.. but I can not find a solution. If someone
   could analyze the code for the “input” box that’d be great, because maybe I can
   exclude it with a custom CSS code.

 * But I want to use the current template and was hoping to get help so I can fix
