# Acceptable Files

 * Hi, I have set up the upload plugin which works fine.
 * However, when I attach .doc and .odt files, when the email submission comes through,
   these files don’t link / download from the links in the emails.
 * All PDF / jpgs / pngs work fine.
 * Can you advise?
