Accents in user name

    Hello,

    I put [your-name] <[your-email]> for the from field. When a user input a name with accent it shows like this in the source:

    =?UTF-8?B?w6lvaA==?= <me@domain.com>

    Instead of

    éoh <me@domain.com>

    Same goes for custom header, I put:

    Reply-To: [your-name] <[your-email]>

    And in the mail source I receive it displays like this:

    Reply-To: =?UTF-8?Q?=C3=A9oh_ <me@domain.com>,
    	?=@localhost.localdomain

    The issue is that it messes up the mail server AND, when hitting the reply button, the recipient address in any mail client.

    There is no issue using [your-name] <[your-email]> in the mail content thought.
