I put [your-name] <[your-email]> for the from field. When a user input a name with accent it shows like this in the source:
Same goes for custom header, I put:
Reply-To: [your-name] <[your-email]>
And in the mail source I receive it displays like this:
Reply-To: =?UTF-8?Q?=C3=A9oh_ <firstname.lastname@example.org>, ?=@localhost.localdomain
The issue is that it messes up the mail server AND, when hitting the reply button, the recipient address in any mail client.
There is no issue using [your-name] <[your-email]> in the mail content thought.
