    Hello,

First, it’s a very promising plugin for me, so congratulations ! There’s only a minor setback : the accents aren’t recongnized by the plugin in the menus and submenus (but no problem for the accents in the post or pages).

So i de-activacted Ultimate Members and everything went back to normal. The website i made is in french and therefore my menus have a lot of non english characters like “é” and “é” and “à” that aren’t recognized. I guess it’s also problematic for languages like german, spanish, … or non latin characters.

I think the problem is linked somehow to the fact that you change the menus organisation (with different menus for different users), which is btw a great feature. I know it’s not a bug for english websites, but could you please look into it ?

    Thanks in advance !

    Hi Viscaro,

Another user have posted in our forum about encoding issue (Maybe you?) We do our best to make Ultimate Member compatible with any language, and not just English. It looks like any non-english character is not encoded properly in menus as you describe, therefore we’d like more information to help fix this issue asap.

Please wait while we investigate this issue on our end, and we’ll surely release a fix ASAP.

    Thank you so much!
