 * accents are not display on my site : [http://institutiia.cluster011.ovh.net/](http://institutiia.cluster011.ovh.net/)
   
   This problem was come when I change hosting.
 * In my old website, accents display : blog.institut-pure-hypnose.com/institut
 * My wordpress is a 4.2.2
 * I think that problems is because my database use a utf8mb4_general_ci
