ABSPATH already defined/site won't load

  • Using the latest version of WordPress. Have the Whitescreen going on.

    Getting the following error:

    Notice: Constant ABSPATH already defined in /home/content/i/m/a/lalala/html/blog/wp-config.php on line 43

    Line 43 of the config file is:

    define(‘ABSPATH’, dirname(__FILE__).’/’);

    Noticed that in the wp-settings.php file everything after $wp-> is showing up in black as opposed to the gray of the rest of the code. Thinking this has something to do with why it won’t load.

    Can someone help?

    Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
