Absoutely Horrible – Impossible to Get Rid Of

    Have been trying to uninstall this plugin for YEARS! Have removed all of the elements of the plugin and it still loads on the website, HOW!?

    Customer service wanted access to the entire website in order to explain why, doesn’t exactly make us comfortable. Today I go to their website and all of their support pages take you to 404. If the app worked well there would be no reason to remove, but it doesn’t and I can’t get rid of it.

    Very Frustrated.
