Absolutely PHENOMENAL support from Miles!!!

I’m not going to lie, it didn’t work out for me very well at the beginning and I really needed to use the plugin. I opened a support ticket thinking that it will take them at least 48 hours to respond. I was shocked to get an email from Miles within an hour with a first(not automated) response to my concern.

I wanted to sort it all over the phone and share my screen so e hoped on a zoom call. Miles was on quick and didn’t give up till the issue was solved and now I can easily use it. We did a test run and it works like a charm.

The big thing that lead me to write this review, which btw is the first time I’m leaving a review for a plugin, is the absolutely amazing support I received from Miles. He responded quickly, he’s very professional and he really wants to help. So refreshing to be helped by someone who actually love what he does!!! Thank you again Miles!!
