Absolutely outstanding support – above and beyond!

What an experience! I waited less than a minute before someone jumped in to help. He checked the plugin immediately, explained exactly what needed to be done and even tested the checkout with his own real card – which actually processed successfully on our end!

Everything worked perfectly after that and he also advised on additional settings we could be using to improve how we run the plugin.

Honestly, if more support people were like this, the world would be a much better place. Exceptional service, incredibly helpful and genuinely invested in solving the problem. Highly recommend!
