Absolutely insuficient plugin

    This plugin even in PRO version is insufficient and there are missing crucial options and functions.

    Without front-end editing is plugin unusable, because with more than few family members in WordPress admin area you are lost.

    This plugin does not combine any informations, e.g. when I add someone´s husband/wife, he/she should be automaticaly added to second person of pair, what is not.

    Dropdown menu when adding Father/Mother or Spouse is half-baked, in big families there are many people with same name, only identificator is ID before name, what is insuficient, noone can remmeber hundreds of IDs when adding person from dropdown.

    For unknown reason, family tree does not display all members on frontend, even when they are added to same family group.

    My Conclusion:
    This plugin should need to add many and many of crucial features. If give 100 points to MyHeritage website, to TreePress I give 0,5 point. I do not recommend this plugin in any way.

    I find this review puzzling as well as unfair. The plugin is simply intended to show a family tree on a page or post – and it does so to the satisfaction of over 1000 users. It is not advertised as a replacement for a fully featured family history desk top application nor could it possibly replicate the power of a multi-million doller cloud based business like MyHeritage. Frankly, the review is unrealistic and unreasonable.

    We have taken on board the point about the drop downs and added a date of birth to assist users in distinguishing multiple ancestors with the same name.
