Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Support

  • I spent very good money chasing a plugin that isn’t worth a damn. While the idea for this plugin is great one the execution of building it is miserable at best.

    Had I not purchased the upgrade license I wouldn’t really be able to complain as you can’t complain about free. Fact of the matter is I did BUY this plugin and the developer seems to think that my emails do not need answered in even the smallest way…..I would be happy to get a nice “kiss off” at this point. I have sent 3 emails over 3 weeks time and have yet to get a single word back.

    The plugin doesn’t work, the customer support is a joke and I am out the money.

    We ALWAYS answer to any email and support tickets. Sometimes we might be off for couple days especially during the weekends, but 3 weeks…??

    What are your 3 week old ticket numbers? Please let me know.

    Ticket [632145] – Opened 01/14/2013 11:59 pm, Answered 01/16/2013 11:03 pm, Still open, awaiting your reply.

    You got same day response, next day response, and 2 days response.
