Good day, absolute privacy is a great plugin. I created a separete page to detour folks that do not have access to the protected section. on that page I added shortcode [profilepage] – so they could login if they had a username/password -however what I am missing is:

How to I tie a subscriber registration form to the Absolute privacy protected section only – so they can sign up and “upon approval” – use their username/password to gain access to the section I protect with Absolute Privacy?

I did confirm I have “anyone can register” enabled in settings. Is there a particular shortcode I need to use?

Please ADvise and thank you very much!

    Carlos

  • This is the problem I’ve having also, so it must not be “resolved”

I’ve been trying to solve this problem as well. It seems the plugin author included a profile-page and log-in shortcode, but not a registration-form shortcode. This would seriously make this the ultimate membership plugin!

What I’m trying now is using simplr registration form to include a registration form on a page, but this plugin sends its own notification email. If I can get around that, then this would work. Or else a shortcode from Absolute Privacy would work greeeat.

Please let me know if you find any solutions (or get a hold of the author).
