Absolute garbage

    I purchased the full version of this template. It’s garbage. You cannot embed video according to the help files the designers provide even though the full demo shows that you can. There is piss poor information in the knowledge base and absolutely ZERO in the way of how-to videos. Plus, they refuse to reply to my requests for support and request for my money back. Thinkupthemes is garbage. Avoid. Total rip off.

    Sorry to hear you experienced issues, did you get a chance to submit a support ticket from the members over for the Pro version. We respond to all support tickets within 24 hours for Pro members, and where a ticket can’t be resolved in-ticket we then escalate to live support via a callback.
