Hey! Sorry to hear you had a hard time using our plugin, I understand that can be really frustrating. We would be more than happy to help! We offer free support; if you give us a chance, I’m sure we can work out whatever issue you are having. We use this plugin internally and a lot of others are using this plugin and don’t report any issues with images.
Usually, when someone is having problems getting images to show in emails, it’s because of these reasons. This may not be the case for you but could be a starting point to helping figure out the issue.
- The shop site needs to be live and publically accessible. Images in emails are not added as attachments instead they are served from your website and if you have a coming soon mode or the site is not on a live production server then the images can’t be accessed by your email client.
- You could have a third-party image plugin affecting the email output. Some lazy load plugins filter without context and could be filtering the html in an email to change the images to a lazy load format, which would break them in an email because you can’t lazy load images that way in emails.
- You have a theme or child theme that is overriding the email templates and preventing our plugin from having control of the email html and properly adding images.
- Your website IP is getting flagged by a blacklist and so email clients won’t download the images.
