    I’m really sorry to hear you had a bad experience with WPERP! But, would it be possible exactly what was the issues you were facing? Which kind of data did it delete from your site? WPERP doesn’t have any function that can access and delete your data.

    We can understand some of the sites may get issues using the plugin based on the site conditions and with the other activated plugins. In those cases, we generally help the user to get rid of. Have you contacted our support center yet?

    On June 17th, there was an update which wiped out all the data. It took more than 3 weeks to be fixed. The invoices were deleted. Because of this, I am not being paid for two months. That is why I think the WPERP plug in is absolute garbage.

    I’m not sure if you are talking about WPERP or any other plugin but we have not released any update on 17th Jun. Our last release was July 24 and previous was 12th, June!

    Invoices are the feature/available on accounting but we have not changed anything on accounting nearby as we are working with the new accounting module.

    Anyway, providing a negative review doesn’t solve the issue, rather, if you have contacted us immediately, we would’ve checked and provided a solution for you.

    I clicked that link to leave a rating because this horrible app is preventing me from getting paid for two months. I received an email from the IT person on June 17th that the staff portal for invoice (WPERP) was broken and not fixed until July 5th (when the update deleted all invoice history.) Because of this delay, I am not getting paid until August 15th. Any program that causes me to not get paid for two months is garbage to me which is why I left this review.

    When you request ratings, you can’t expect only positive reviews when there are problems and people are hurt as a result of it.

    You can surely share your thoughts, we respect that. We also can expect not to get a compliment that our plugin actually is not, right? 🙂

    It’s the saddest thing for us to hear the word garbage, where we always try to provide the best solution from us. Yes, for the ecosystem, some sites may experience some difficulties and we are always there to help for those situations but people spare negative words rather than asking help!
