• Clearly no software is perfect and in the business of Malware some of this stuff is just messy! So, while malcare has done a great job in the past of auto managing issues this last time the software could not do it on its own. It informed me to reach out to support. So, I did. Same day support manually logged into the site via FTP and cleaned it all up by hand at no extra fees. Highly recommend giving them a shot!
