 * Actually, that’s not a good idea. Depending upon the theme, you would be better
   off using a [child theme](http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes) or a custom
   CSS plugin.

 * I mean i only wanto to change the color and background for the theme, nothing
   too complicate so anyone knows where is the css file?

 * It should load as the first thing, however I strongly suggest you listen to esmi
   and create a child theme or use custom CSS plugin so that your edits are not 
   lost if you update your theme.

 * Where did you post anything about mobile?!?!
 * It will probably be best to contact the support forum of that plugin. However
   most plugins have a settings page and that should allow for custom CSS.
