About the reset password form

    Hello!

    Recently I’m facing a strange issue with the reset password.

    The reset link is sent normally, and I can access the reset form.

    However, when I enter a new password in the reset password form I always get the error: “Your password must contain at least 8 characters”, even though the password is more than 10 characters long.

    Please check whether that is the plugin error.

    Hi @chichi2015,

    What version of the Ultimate member plugin you have installed on your site?
    Do you have any additional security plugins installed?
    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    It’s a bit hard to perform conflict test on a live site.
    Finally it turned out that the Popup Maker plugin causes the conflict.
    I temporarily disable the Popup Maker and everything is ok now.
    Please take a look at this issue, as Popup Maker is also a very helpful plugin for many people.

    The problem still exists. Popup maker conflicts with Ultimate member. It causes problems while resetting password. (it doesn’t work)

    and the same it makes all registration fields to fill the entire width (you can not manage it from settings)
