About reCAPTCHA globally

As you may know, Google.com is blocked in some countries. As a result, reCAPTCHA doesn’t work because it calls the API from Google.com
It seems there is a simple way to solve the problem, you just need to call the API from http://www.recaptcha.net instead of http://www.google.com

Do you know if there is an “easy” way to implement this change on Contact Form 7, without changing the plugin source ode? (maybe with a filter on Functions.PhP)
