    I am having a problem with the iphone safari browser. I tried with iphone google chrome, no problem. but there is a problem in safari. There is a problem when my sellers want to upload a product image. The issue is ocurring on Select file button on Upload. But oddly enough, when I tried to upload a product image as a seller in the official demo, the problem did not occur. I would be glad if you help me.

    I am here to inform you that, yes, this is an issue currently, where most of the users are facing. Our developer’s are working with the issue. When a fix is out, a release will be out globally

    There is a safari related problem in the link above. As if the problem was solved in the last post. I think it is the product of your company in that plugin. I wanted to say that it might be related, maybe it can be a guide.

    Iphone 8, iOS 13.3.1
    The latest 13.4.1 update has arrived. Now I will upload it and share the developments with you.

    To the latest version: I updated iOS 13.4.1 but the same problem persists. A general solution for this would be better. For example, I think that not all customers will use the latest version.

    Our Developers are currently inspecting the issue, in case if we do find such an issue that is occurring from our plugin. Then definitely we will provide a fix for it.
