About form check boxes and selectors

English is not good at it.I am Japanese.

I want to register and update at the front end using action hook.

Please tell me how to fill in functions.php.

Checkbox and Image It does not change even if the update button is clicked.

I was able to update the text form using the action hook.

I also use Woocommerce.
