   I know how to set it default checked? thanks!

   exclude field must be checked by default for everyone?
    Checking that field it
   means exclude images from public view, so why would you do a gallery if you don’t
   want it to be seen at all?

    Yes, exclude field in NextGen Gallery, because I wanna
   check the image before showing to public.

   public your images, post or pages to check them. You can do it from backend with
   preview.
