Second, i’m brazilian guy and i don’t have a big vocabulary in english so sorry if i write a little wrong, i will try to be very clear in my question. * Well, let me explain my doubt. I’m using this plugin to create an “automatic knowledge recycling” showing to the users an option called “Knowledge Recycling”( i just renamed the “FAQ button” to this name) and after choosing this option, they click on one “Question” added by me and they receive the answer to the question. This is working 100%. * My question is, how do i create a “Sub-option” / “Sub-question” for these “Questions” in the Free Version? If this is not possible in the Free Version, my question is, in the Pro Version is this possible? Bellow a example of what i want to do with the plugin: * – After user click in the “Knowledge Recycling” button: BOT: Choose an option, please! BOT: (Question 1) (Question 2) (Question 3) (Question 4) – User click in the Question 1 BOT: Right, this question has another options, please choose one! BOT: (Question 1.1) (Question 1.2) (Question 1.3) – User click in the Question 1.3 BOT: Bot shows Question 1.3 response. * Well, i really want a reply from you because i tried hard to create this situation with DialogFlow and Conversation Form AddOn and i couldn’t create it! * Thanks in advance for your attention. I can’t garantee if this happens because of my PHP version but, when i choose an option created by “Conversational Form” the bot shows only an ID from my created field and then stop to work. I mean, when the user click in a option created by this addOn, the bot shows some text like “html_fId_7404001” and just finish the interaction with the user… * Some answer about this? I am not sure we can make it compatible with that version. I will try to update my PHP to 5.6 (i’m sure this version is compatible with Conversational Form) and test if the problem with Conversational Form still happens. I just put a single word like Hello and the problem happens. If i use another field type (like a select) the Conversational Form works.
