    Hi there!

    The solution presented in the previous topic, that is: define(‘DONOTCACHEPAGE’, true); works perfectly. Prevents floating widget from caching.

    But I have a question: how does it work? The line of code prevents from caching only the plugin (floating widget) or the whole web page where the widget is located? In my case the etire website because the floating widget is on every page or post.

    Does it affect the entire caching mechanism of the site or is it limited to the plugin?

    It seems like just the plugin, but I want to be sure, that’s why I ask.

    Hi @djdaniel ,

    The method you referenced from previous thread helps you remove cache from all pages that have WhatsApp running.

    But you can wait for our upcoming update which will fix cache issues.
