    1. Is that possible to link the custom taxonomy using this form?
    2. Is that possible to dynamically populate form fields on frontend by changing the taxonomy value?
    3. Can I customize the form template with the pro version?
    4. Can we get a Zapier kind of integration with this form pro version?

    There isn’t currently anything built in to manage taxonomies but you can use the af/form/submission hook to do anything you need on form submission.

    I’m not totally sure I understand the desired outcome but prefilling form field values can be done via the form config or via a filter:

    ACF handles the rendering so there isn’t really any opportunity to customise the form template. You can, however, use CSS to style as needed.
