    Hi,

    Your plugin is really amazing

    I am using it on my website But its not working properly , Its not capturing abandoned cart on my website. and it slows downs my website alot. when I decativate plugin everything works fine.

    I really want to use this plugin it has great features.

    btw my site is multisite and multivendor and also have cache plugin

    I hope you are having a great day.

    I have created a short video for your reference that explains how to capture the cart. Please have a look at it here,

    As soon as you enter the email address and focus out from the “billing_email” field on the checkout page, it would automatically capture the cart.

    Regarding the slowness, we would like to mention a few points to showcase that Funnelkit Automations Code is highly optimized.

    • No scripts of data are loaded on the front end. We have done numerous page speed tests before and after installing FunnelKit Automations and found no change in the speed of the original page.
    • All the backend interfaces are REACT API-driven interfaces. This is the modern development methodology that WordPress is adopting.
    • Integrations are only invoked if they are active. For instance, Twilio would be loaded if it’s active. – FunnelKit Automations completely stores the data in custom tables with a highly normalized SQL structure. It does not store its data in native WordPress tables.
    • We have taken a lot of measures to ensure that FunnelKit Automations scales well, without putting much load on CPU usage.
