• I moved my blog from the root to a subdirectory using the instructions here under “moving a root install to its own directory”. The blog seems to be working fine, although I had to reupload my header for some reason (if anyone has any idea why that would happen, I’d be happy to hear it), except that I’m able to log in to the dashboard from the root. This isn’t what I want, since I moved the wordpress site in order to increase security and decrease the chance of someone being able to find the login page. Here’s more specific info on settings:

    theme: 2013
    in settings > general, I have the following params:
    * site url: http://www.beingunraveled.com
    * wordpress address: http://www.beingunraveled.com/fakesubdirectoryname

    I shouldn’t be able to go to http://www.beingunraveled.com/wp-admin and have it let me log in, right?
