 * What I’m trying to do is build a paid membership that have more than one plans.

   As example, I have STEP 1 and STEP 2 plans. What I want to ask is, how the STEP
   1 member be able to upgrade their membership to STEP 2 by them self.
 * The condition:
    Every plans only have 3 months subscription STEP 2 member still
   can open the STEP 1 content (Within their 3 months) They can upgrade plans by
   them self and connect to paypal. (I don’t have to login and change from my account)
 * I know that you have an add-on called “Multiple Subscription/user”, if I buy
   that, can it work automatically like I tell you above?
    And how to buy it? Because
   I can’t open cozmoslabs.com since this morning.
 * Really looking forward your reply because I have deadline to launch this website.

   Your plugin really help.
 * Please do let me know if you need any more explanation with this question.

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for reaching out to us.
 * First you will need to create a plan, set it up, and name it for example: Basic.
   Now in PMS -> Subscription Plans you can add an Upgrade or a Downgrade for that
   plan.
 * Users can register and subscribe to the Basic plan. After the registration they
   can access their account (created with [[pms-account]](https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/shortcodes/#Member_Account_form)
   shortcode) and upgrade or downgrade from the Basic plan.
 * My suggestion would be to test [Multiple Subscriptions Per User](https://www.cozmoslabs.com/add-ons/multiple-subscriptions-per-user/)
   add-on on our [demo install](http://demo.cozmoslabs.com/paidmembersubscriptions/#wp).
 * If you have any other questions regarding PMS’s add-ons please [submit a presale ticket](https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/)
   using our ticketing system. We are not allowed to offer support for premium add-
   ons on these free forums.
 * Best regards,
