[Resolved] Ability to set access permissions at the field level

  • Hi

I’m looking for a plugin that will allow me to set access permissions at the field level.

My client wants to be able to create an event and have the description and a few other details visible to all visitors.. However, they also want to be able to have a number of fields that are for internal purposes only, such as catering, room setup requirements and so on. These fields should only be visible to internal staff.

Does your plugin support this and, if not, any plans to add this?

    Cheers

    Andrew

    Hi,

This isn’t available out-of-the-box but you could edit the templates to use the WordPress is_user_logged_in() and user_can() functions to show / hide content sections.
