I can’t seem to find the option to see the user-agents or other detailed data about the visitors.
One of the key reasons for having this plugin installed is to be able to gather data that helps in troubleshooting any issues the users have reported on the site, but currently the plugin doesn’t provide much that helps. I can see which pages have been loaded from a certain IP or by a certain user and in which order. At the top of this list I can see their browser (without the version) and their OS (without the version) and that’s pretty much it.
There should be a button for revealing further information; namely, the user agent. Other information such as screen resolutions would come in handy as well, but the user agent we have been needing in many cases already. It makes for a rather tedious user support cycle for to request a screenshot from http://whatsmyuseragent.com/ to be able to track for example possible browser CSS rendering bugs on different mobile platforms and browsers.
Being able to see user’s user agents on SlimStat would be a tremendous help in improving the compatibility of sites.
