Ability to Refresh Related Posts

We have a news blog with posts that are dated to 2021, but some of them say “No related posts” when our settings is to show no posts older than 6 months. Our team would like to avoid having to manually go into each article one at a time to manually refresh each post to display related articles. Is there a way to have YARPP automatically refresh weekly to display newly related articles and avoid some articles not having related posts appear unless the user does a manual refresh in the post settings?
