Ability to ignore users / filter results

    Hi Josh,

    We use your great little plugin on our site and I think it would be awesome if we could ignore specific users. In my case, I want to ignore myself.

    I think there’s two ways of doing it:

    1. Add a new shortcode attribute ignore where we specify the github username
    2. Add unique CSS classes or ID to the list elements, so that we can hide it using CSS. This would add styling flexibility too.

    If your plugin code base is publicly hosted, I would happy to to help implementing those features.
