Ability to choose from diffrent CSS,

Im woring on a custom theme for my wordpress, One thing I would like to do is add a custom sidebar section that a user can select from a range of the “design” layouts, All I want the code to do is choose from a second or third style.css upon link click and have the users cookie remember this selection when they revisit the site,

Is this possible in WP and if so could anyone point me in the right direction for acheiving this,
