    hello,

    I would like to use the abandoned cart . In addition to sending emails to logged in users, can it also send emails to non-logged in users who have filled in their email, address, etc. on the checkout page?

    Hi @jackievon51,

    MailPoet’s Abandoned Cart feature can send recovery emails to guest users who are subscribers on your email list, even if they’re not logged into your site. They’ll receive an abandoned cart email as long as they’re subscribed to one of your lists and have clicked on a link in one of your previous campaigns.

    Please note that guest users who aren’t subscribed to your list or have not clicked a link in your previous campaigns won’t receive the abandoned cart emails.
