    Test email is working fine but after 1 hour nothing is happening.
    I’ve been trying to fix it for two days. I’ve tried everything

    Hi @daivers,

    I visited your website URL to abandon a cart but I noticed that you are not using our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin provided by Tyche Softwares. You are using the CartFlows Abandoned Cart plugin. Is it like you have moved from our plugin to the CartFlows Abandoned Cart plugin because of this issue?
