abandoned cart emails are not being sent

    Hello team,

    abandoned cart emails are not being sent, Test email is working fine but after 1 hour nothing is happening, status is already active and under Abandoned Carts > Settings i have enabled the plugin. I had also looked for debug logs but could not find anything.

    I have also checked if wp cron is working by setting a schedule to publish a random page and that had worked.

    randomly started working. doesnt really follow the schedule placed tho but will eventually at random times get the emails

    Hi @attiqahmed92,

    Glad to know that the reminder emails started working at your end.

    There might be delays from your email server. The scheduled action is run every 15 minutes. So if the frequency is set to 1 hour and the cut-off time is say 30 minutes, it will take 1 hour + 30 mins + 15 mins at the max for the reminder email to be sent. Now if there are server delays then it might take more time for the email to reach to the end-user.
