    i just rated this plugin with 5 stars but i went to test and i got a bad sorprise. I set the email to be sent after 1 hour, but i didnt receive the email. I see my abandoned cart with my email but didnt receive email after 1 hour. Everything is set as it should.

    SORRY I RECEIVED THE EMAIL, BUT IT WENT INTO THE SPAM/JUNK IS IT POSSIBLE TO FIX THIS? MAYBE CHANGING SOMETHING IN THE SUBJECT/HEADER. THANK YOU

    Thank you for leaving 5 stars on the review page.

    Yes, sometimes email’s subject and body content causes the email to fall into SPAM folder due to the email server settings.

    Can you please check the abandoned cart email notification falls into INBOX by changing the subject name and Email Body content of the email template?

    Can you please contact to your site hosting support team and let them know about the issue and ask them if there are any security parameter which was given for the emails?
