There seems to be an incompatibility with ai1ec and the Divi theme. Suddenly when I go to add or edit an event none of the javascript on the page is working because I can’t set dates/times, etc. I also can’t access any of the plugin’s settings on the settings page as the tab does nothing. If I switch to a different theme then everything works fine. Anyone have a possible resolution?

  • Hi @bayoulandcs,

Unfortunately conflicts with the plugin are inevitable even though our development team makes every effort to use unique variables and function names in the coding. In such cases it is not easy or feasible to find the conflict itself, but rather to disable the use of one of the two conflicting plugins. The Divi theme is a known issue for causing conflicts with the plugin.

    Hi @bayoulandcs,

FYI, I had the same issue this week with Divi v3.1
I’ve updated to Divi v3.2 and the issue has gone.

    Hi @jwerk13040,

    Thanks for you valuable feedback!!

Upgrade Divi theme to 3.2 from 3.1 solves conflict with ai1ec core plugin calendar.

I’ve gone ahead and done that and the issue still persists. I’ve determined that it works if I just use Divi but I’m using a child theme of divi so I’ll see if I can somehow make it work.

    Hi @bayoulandcs,

Ok. Let us know the results.
