  • Hello,

I am looking to implement a function where above my search engine box will list all the letters alphabetically (A B C D E F G ….1 2 3 4 5…). If someone clicks on “A” They will be taken to a search result page listing all posts (alphabeticaly) that start with the letter “A”.

I have searched high and low and found a lot of plugins no longer supported but have had no luck. Any help would be great. THanks

In that example, what would the “A” results return? The equivalent of typing, “A” into a search field, so any posts containing the letter “A”? Or a sort on the search results, whereby the results list will be so large you need to alphabetically sort it?

Have you tried these plugins ?

It would search posts by the title name only…So in this case it’s for all my posts of Move Covers. Each post name is the name of a movie. So it would search the posts title only.

When you click on “A” it should return all the posts that start with “A” alphabetically. Does that make sense?

Essentially it is kind of like typing “A” into the search engine as the results will be formatted like they are on search page..but the search algoritim will probably need to be a bit different…
