a wedding web by wordpress?

Hello,

I want to build something like below:

I am about to build a wedding website with wordpress.
I want to build a website that allow people to signup/login to my website.

1. Signed up users can manage their account like, names, age, contacts… (this will be in the backend)
2. customize their own page like upload photos, videos, guest list, inivitaions, proposal story, select a theme… (this will be show to the public)
It’s like http://www.mysite.com/user/userpage
3. The site should be allow registration for vendors, they can post their ads and they can have their profile show to the public.
4. Allow registration for the end user for their own page designed to the public.

Basically the user have their own page instead of post something on the same Blog page on the website.

i am not sure I can do this with wordpress but please advise!
